Bill's kick boxing class was an intense workout which was exactly what I needed.
I am a Gymnast and the class attacked the muscle groups I needed to improve my performance.
Bill as my instructor was very encouraging and pushed me to complete the workout. He was great at showing modifications to the movements to fit everyone's ability levels and insure that
everyone was confident in their own abilities. He makes sure everyone can join
in and get an intense workout. What set his class apart from other exercise
classes was his use of partners. We did many exercises that required everyone in
the class to pair up. This made the class more engaging and fun! Many times
people go to exercise classes and the participates hardly interact with each
other. His technique allows for fun and engagement while targeting the correct
muscle group. I have never had so much fun and got such a great workout from a
class in my life. He will not let you leave his class without breaking a sweat
to say the least. He is very caring and truly wants to help you get fit and stay fit. He is passionate
